    Overall Purpose of the Role

    The Mobile Front of House Facilities Coordinator will deliver a range of workplace services across a number of our key client sites.

     

    Main Duties

    • Perform front of house duties on multiple sites.
    • Ensure soft services are carried out on site as per client agreements.
    • Maintain Health & Safety records.
    • Complete key administration tasks on site.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

    Person Specification

    • Administration and Coordinator experience.
    • Customer service and delivery focused.
    • Strong English language skills.
    • Front of house experience desirable.
    • Right to work in Ireland on a full-time basis.

    Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
