We are seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to join our Technical Services Team. Working closely with our clients, you will be responsible for ensuring the preventative and reactive maintenance of critical facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in-line with Apleona standards and client agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for onsite staff within the assigned portfolio.
- Manage spending in-line with each account budget.
- Work with contractors to support with relevant maintenance projects.
- Creation of clear, accurate reports for Clients and Apleona management.
Person Specification:
- 5+ years' Facilities Management experience.
- Strong Electrical/Mechanical Engineering experience.
- Client management experience.
- Reporting and budgetary experience.
- Full, clean driving licence.
