    Static Multi-skilled Shift Engineer – Electrical Bias

    Location – London, EC3A 8BA

    Hours – 4 on / 4 off then 6 on / 6 off. Spanning Monday to Sunday, 07:00 -19:00hrs

     

    We are currently seeking a professional site based Multi-Skilled Engineer with Electrical Bias. Based at a commercial, high end, flagship, client site. The role is focused on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs, installations and support event set ups. You will support and participate in an on-call rota which is operated from within the site-based team. Occasional overtime may be requested.

     

    As an electrically qualified multi skilled engineer, the role will be orientated around electrical works with a requirement for flexibility and willingness to undertake other non-electrical works which fall within the scope of the contract. This could be a variety of jobs relating to maintaining, repairing, and installing assets around the site whether it be a specific piece of equipment, works to a building or the site infrastructure.

     

    The static Multi Skilled Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position.

     

     

    Skills & Experience:

     

    • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation plus any other formal electrical qualifications such as NVQ3/C&G Level 3 electrical qualification.
    • HVAP Certification would be desirable
    • Mechanical awareness, FCU & other secondary systems, and maintenance tasks
    • Water Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general fabric, handyperson tasks.

     

    We’ll provide you with full training on ‘specialist’ items once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a similar front of house environment.

     

    You will work the above shift pattern and will be required on call out on a rota basis. You will have access to employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.
