The GMP Shift Team Leader ensures the smooth running of the site adhering to the Site Service Level Agreement and Services Specification. Soft Services GMP Shift Team Leader will play the role to assist in the provision of an efficient and effective cleaning service in accordance with contractual obligations and company policy and standards. Assist to manage the day-to-day operations on the ground. Liaise closely and professionally with the Soft Services GMP Supervisor in dealing with day-to-day operational matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and mentor the shift team
- Engage the shift team to deliver cleaning schedule requirements while maintaining a culture of compliance, safety and innovation.
- To ensure that all documentation and logbooks entries are completed as Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
- Scheduling daily activities in fair manner and ensuring that cleaning Matrix being followed.
- Continuously coach and communicate to all staff any outstanding issues.
- Manage the shift team while covering Shift Supervisor.
- To ensure that all staff are following Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and report noncompliance to Shift Supervisor.
- To ensure that all documentation and logbooks entries are completed as Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and report noncompliance to Shift Supervisor.
- Scheduling daily activities in fair manner and ensuring that cleaning Matrix being followed while covering Shift Supervisor.
- Flexibility and ability to work day/night shift, 12 hr. per day.
- To assist the Soft Services GMP shift Supervisor in the supervision of the cleaning service staff, including the allocation of workloads, monitoring progress and performance, determining work priorities, paying particular attention to productivity and quality control.
- To monitor the use of cleaning equipment and communicate all issues (repairs or renewal of equipment) to the Soft Services GMP Supervisor.
- To carry out stock checks on equipment, materials and consumables as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- GMP Experience.
- Schedule planning.
- Excellent computer literacy essential for administrative purposes.
- Experience of using cleaning equipment.
- Microsoft Office experience.
Working Pattern
Monday - Sunday, 42-hour shift pattern
