    Overall Purpose of the Job

    To support the delivery of workplace services on various Client facilities and to assist in the management of day-to-day front of house and facilities operations to ensure smooth day to day operations.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    1.       To deliver agreed levels of Customer Service

    2.       To ensure compliance with EH&S legislation in line with policy

    3.       Supplier / Service Management

    4.       Use of technology to conduct & record work

    s.        Dealing with client staff

    Qualifications and Experience

    •         Proven track record in similar role preferably with at least 3 years' experience in a directly comparable environment.
    •         Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player Proven ability to manage a wide variety of tasks with the ability to prioritise and develop new opportunities and solutions.
    •         Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Flexibility-various shift times applicable (client specific).
    •         First Aid Responder
    •         Fire Marshall
    •         Lead Covid Officer
    •         Management at supervisory level

    Working Pattern:

    Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
