Overall Purpose of the Job
Manage the facilities function and the workplace environment to ensure the continuance of Client Business. Accurately and efficiently perform key management duties to deliver Facilities Management Contracts. Working closely with the Client to ensure the smooth running of various service lines with a total facilities management contract such as hard services, soft services, staff management, adhoc projects and back off administration such as CAFM, Finance, Reporting and Presentations.
Main duties and responsibilities
1. To deliver agreed levels of Customer Service
2. Finance/Budget Management - to establish and maintain the Annual Facilities
Management Budget
3. To manage Resources effectively
4. To ensure compliance with EH&S legislation in line with policy
5. Flexibility and Responsiveness
6. Other duties, responsibilities, and projects may be required for the efficient running
of the business.
• Travel may be required to other locations within Ireland.
Qualifications and Experience
• 5+ years in a customer service driven environment as a manager delivering Hard and Soft Facilities Services.
• Experience in CAFM systems.
• Experience in managing KPIs and client interactions.
• A qualification (HNC/Degree in relevant discipline or suitable qualification in a
business or technical field.
• Member of the BIFM/IWFM.
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
