    Overall Purpose of the Job

    Form part of the facilities team to ensure the workplace services perform efficiently and effectively. Working closely with the Client and management team to ensure the smooth running of various service lines and office services as part of the total facilities management.

    Main duties and responsibilities

    1. To assist with the day to day operations of facilities
    • Provide support to the client.
    • Coordinate and play part of the internal office moves.
    • Assist with general first line troubleshooting with printers, shredders and other office equipment used by client end users and visitors.
    • Assistance with the coordination of VIP visits, events as they arise.
    • Respond to general facilities requests logged on client ticketing system and ensure tickets are raised for all tasks/jobs carried out.
    • Complete Print Room Checks in line with agreed Schedule
    • Offer first line support for AV Support (Be familiar with the various meeting room
    technology such as cisco, zoom, Webex - how to join meetings, share screens,
    different views on the display screens.
    • Escalate to IT where/when there are issues. Where necessary remind employees
    where to find useful guides for meeting rooms).
    • Respond and log work order/ticket system and agreed schedules daily, weekly etc.
    • Maintaining storerooms(s), inventory control and ensure general room tidiness so
    items are found easily.
    • Assist with reception/admin tasks if needed such as desk drops/printing and
    laminating, sorting of branded merchandise as needed
    • Hold a can-do attitude with the eagerness to learn.
    • Play a part in of continuous improvement on processes with Apleona Management Team.
    • Work with a flexible approach.
    • Be a team player who can work collaboratively with other teams within the workplace services and beyond.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Experience in hospitality or facilities related role


    Working Pattern

    8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
