Handyperson / Painter & Decorator

Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit a Handyperson who will undertake both planned and reactive maintenance at 3 Mills Studio, ensuring health and safety is at the forefront of all that you do. In this role, you will maintain the fabric of the building including painting & decorating, plumbing, carpentry, and undertaking general repairs such as lock replacements and the setting up of the studio, offices, and meeting rooms.
We’re looking for someone to be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to the job to support the manager, team, and our client.
As an Apleona Handyperson, we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role, particularly painting and decorating experience within a commercial environment
- The physical ability to move and carry heavy furniture
- Flexibility to cover a call out rota
- Motivated and able to work to a high standard
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to quickly diagnose faults
- Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Outlook
