    Overall Purpose of the Job

    The FM will be responsible for managing the delivery of hard and soft services across a varied portfolio. This multi-site role will be predominantly delivered remotely from our head office with some onsite client meetings and audits required. The FM will ensure the contract and reactive services are delivered as per SLA. Safety, compliance and budget alignment are of paramount importance. The FM will also oversee various projects with diverse scope and budget range.
    The FM will ensure all costs are set correctly in CAFM system and ensure accurate
    billing/reporting to the client. The FM will liaise with internal service teams and external contractors to align all service delivery and KPI’s in line with contractual requirements. The FM will build a strong client repour and be the main management point of contact on all issues.

    Main duties and responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day delivery of facilities services to multi-site clients.
    • Ensure all contract requirements are delivered as per contract SLA.
    • Ensure all PPM’s are delivered as per budget and schedule.
    • Work closely with the service desk and technical teams to align service delivery.
    • Monitor compliance from both internal and external H&S requirements.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership and a clear identifiable work ethos within the team.
    • Day to day people management of direct reports
    • Engage with external/ internal contractors to deliver hard and soft services without disruption to client.
    • Ensure planned preventative maintenance is carried out as per contractual agreements and follow up works have been sent to the client for review.
    • Manage open reactive work orders to ensure all works are closed out and recharged back to the client, report on any delayed works to client/commercial team.
    • Work closely with commercial team on existing projects/reactive works and contract costings to ensure accurate month end reporting.
    • Develop client monthly reports/KPI’s and lead monthly/quarterly client meetings.
    • Manage subcontractors as required, ensuring that they comply with site and company training requirements.
    • Maintain healthy client relationships to ensure they are kept informed of any delays or budget variations.
    • Keep client informed and updated at all times in relation to equipment issues that can affect business operations.
    • Ensure that EHS procedures are adhered to at all times. Contribute to targets related to Safety, Quality, Compliance, Continuous Improvement and legislative requirements.
    • Review client portal to ensure works have been logged to correct service line or tied into planned maintenance if applicable
    • Ensure month end billing and reports are sent on agreed monthly deadline
    • Conduct performance reviews with the team
    • Ensure the team comply with site Quality procedures and client specified SOP’s.
    • Various Ad-Hoc duties as required.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role
    • People management experience
    • Strong financial, systems and process knowledge.
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to make informed decisions
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Must possess a dynamic approach to achieving continuous improvement.
    • Customer focused
    • Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others
    • Proficient in Microsoft suite.

    Desirable:

    Third level qualification in Facilities Management.
    Mechanical, Electrical, or engineering background.
