Hours – Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 14:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit a Forklift Operator who will be responsible for the loading and unloading of drums from lorries, maintaining the cleanliness of our client’s site as well as following health and safety regulations. In this role you will work in the waste area; where you will collect and remove waste using a flatbed truck, load broken pallets into skips, load waste compactors and ensure the area is cleaned, swept and litter free.
We’re looking for hard working individuals who are flexible and are willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team and our client.
As an Apleona Forklift Operator, we’re looking for:
- Forklift Truck Licence (desirable)
- Full valid UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience operating forklift and flatbed truck
- Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc
- Ability to work alone when required
- Maths and English skills, speaking English to a good standard
