Maintenance Supervisor
Location – London, EC3M 3BD
Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 17:00pm

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to look after the day-to-day maintenance of our site, support the onsite development of engineers and ensure that a culture of continuous improvement embeds throughout the team.
In this role, you will conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, oversee the reporting in line with KPI’s, conduct toolbox talks, and assist in the management of sub-contractors.
As an Apleona Maintenance Supervisor, we’re looking for;
- Recognised engineering qualification
- IOSH managing safely or equivalent
- Experience within a supervisory maintenance role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership qualities
- Customer and delivery focussed
- Strong SHE knowledge
