Fabric Supervisor

Hours – Monday – Friday 7:00am – 16:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit a Fabric Supervisor, who will undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at various client premises as well as attending site meetings at client sites with Apleona’s key contract suppliers.
As Fabric Supervisor you will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times be Professional and readily interacting with our client / tenants as required. You will be required to have strong communication and interpersonal skills & have a good knowledge of build Fabric works & confident in managing both directly employed staff and approved sub-contractors.
As part of your role you will install, maintain and repair fabric systems and components and on occasions assist with other duties including plumbing PPM and reactive tasks ensuring that any work undertaken complies with current legislation.
As an Apleona Fabric Supervisor, you will have;
- Recognised industry qualifications, equivalent training programme. Or previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing sub-contractors works & H&S
- Knowledge and experience of building services systems, maintenance management
- Knowledge of implementing effective health and safety procedures
- Strong Knowledge of Fire door & Fire Safety
- Full UK Driving License
- Ability to use computers to intermediate level for word, excel and outlook.

You will work the above shift pattern and be paid an annual salary between £37,000 to £42,000 with access to the following Apleona employee benefits.
