Hours – Monday - Friday, 7:00am – 14:00pm
Fixed Term Contract of 26 Weeks

We’re currently looking to recruit a Catering Assistant who will support our restaurant service. Duties will include preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch, handling customer purchases and clearing down at the end of the service, showing product knowledge and passion for what is being served. You will make sure all customers receive a friendly, efficient service and that all service areas are clean, tidy and safe.
You will be committed to delivering a high standard of customer service and remain calm and positive even when it gets busy. You will also help with the cleaning and re-stocking of vending machines and other equipment, cooking, washing up, stock control, preparing food orders for events, and be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks across the operation to support your team and our client.
As an Apleona Catering Assistant, we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in a similar role, including as a barista
- An understanding of health and safety in a catering environment
- Great time keeping
- Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc.
In return, we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of the team.
