Overall Purpose of the Job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to support our Retail Account Manager in delivering outstanding facilities services across a multi-site client account. You’ll take ownership of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, track reactive tasks, and ensure all works are completed in line with SLAs. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to manage internal teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate PPM and ensure compliance with contractual agreements

Track and resolve reactive and remedial tasks in a timely manner

Liaise with service desk, technical teams, and subcontractors

Raise purchase orders, support quotations, and use CAFM systems

Communicate with clients on delays, variations, and service delivery updates

Monitor team performance, reporting, and jeopardy management

Carry out general administrative duties and respond to queries via email/phone
Requirements

Previous experience in a facilities support or coordination role

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems

Strong customer service orientation

Desirable: 3+ years in similar role, experience managing PPM, and a relevant third-level qualification
