Quality and Marshalling Team Leader
Location – Sittingbourne, ME10 2TD
Hours – Week 1 Monday to Friday Days 06:00-18:00
Week 2 Monday to Thursday Night 18:00 - 06:00
Week 3 Off

We’re currently looking to recruit a Quality and Marshalling Team Leader, who will ensure that compliance with health and safety and environment systems and procedures are followed. In this role you will be responsible for the health and safety of arriving drivers, and inbound loads, ensuring the drivers are wearing the correct PPE and the inbound loads are checked for quality and moisture.
You will oversee the operation in the Marshalling yard, to ensure that the area is maintained and is a safe working environment. You will ensure that all loads are visually inspected and alerts are raised if applicable, maintaining the computer records, you will ensure the vehicle delivering is processed via POD, HPNA and NIR.
As an Apleona Quality and Marshalling Team Leader we’re looking for:
- Experience in similar role
- Experience as a Team Leader
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to work with their manager and team to ensure all necessary tasks are completed
