Facilities Helpdesk Supervisor
Location – Motherwell, ML1 1RU
Hours – Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm
- Salary – up to £30,000 pa

We’re currently looking to recruit a Facilities Helpdesk Supervisor to help manage the day to day helpdesk functions. Working closely with the Helpdesk Manager, you will monitor and control the helpdesk workflows, providing support to helpdesk administrators, identifying and implementing process improvements. You will be responsible for managing staff rotas, ensuring full desk coverage and provide support and training with any performance issues within the team.
In addition, you will establish and maintain excellent relationships with the relevant internal and external stakeholders, as well as developing regular helpdesk reporting to manage helpdesk job flow ensuring work orders are kept up to date, progress and completed within client agreed SLAs.
As an Apleona Facilities Helpdesk Supervisor, we’re looking for:
- Computer literate and intermediate level of Word/Excel
- Experience in the use of CAFM systems
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service by telephone and email
- Experience of managing teams in a Helpdesk setting
- Knowledge of and understanding in the Facilities management industry
