Quality and Marshalling Operative
Location – Kent, ME10 2TD
Hours – 2x 12 Hour Days. 2x 12 Hour Nights, then 4 Shifts Off. 7 cycles then 18 days off

We’re currently looking to recruit a Quality and Marshalling Operative, who will be responsible for the health and safety of arriving drivers, to ensure the drivers are wearing the correct PPE and the inbound loads are checked for quality. In this role you will ensure the vehicle delivering is processed via the POD, HPNA, NIR and that all loads are visually inspected for contaminants before controlling movements of inbound materials in line with site instructions.
As the first point of contact you will treat all visiting drivers with respect and curtesy, ensuring the drivers are directed to the correct area for unloading as well as keeping the area maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
As an Apleona Quality and Marshalling Operative we’re looking for:
- Experience in similar role
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to work with their manager and team to ensure all necessary tasks are completed
