Working pattern: 07.30- 16.00
Job description:
- Perform day-to-day preventative and demand maintenance as required.
- React to calls from the helpdesk/client ticketing system regarding plant and facilities.
- Carry out building checks, readings etc. complete appropriate paperwork of same such as daily, weekly and monthly checklists.
- Liaison and co-ordination of external contractors to complete required maintenance activities, Including follow up works.
- Hands on role at trouble shooting/fault-finding and maintaining equipment and plant related items
- Complete and record work permits, and reporting as required and ensure H&S Standards are adhered to
- Ensuring equipment/systems meets the required legal, divisional and corporate standards
- BMS monitoring and control.
- General plumbing repairs, water management, tea station repairs etc.
- Painting and decorating ad hoc/project requests
- Ensure tenant areas are maintained according to the schedule.
- Stock control of maintenance materials held onsite
- Use of CMMS System to receive, understand and sign off work orders
- Computer literacy
Requirements:
- Third level engineering qualification or trade qualification preferable.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of operating various ticketing software/CMMS systems
- Experience in a similar role, with a working knowledge of plant and equipment such as boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, water and sprinkler systems, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
