Working pattern: Monday- Thursday from 08.00 to 16.30 and Friday from 08.00-15.30.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Administrative Support to the Department including data entry into software, document production, photocopying and general support
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meeting when required
- Collecting, analysing and reporting on accident information and Audits and inspection programme results
- Produce reports
- Enter Data (e.g training records, inspections) into online systems
- Scheduling external training
- Maintaining various files for the department
- Ensure that all paperwork is filed neat and tidy and in the appropriate location
- Follow up on all incoming documentation and information to support effective close out of all open / outstanding works
- Carry out general tasks in Word/Excel and power point as required
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meeting when required
Qualifications and experience:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understand safe working practices and health and safety legislation
- Ability to work on his/her own
- Well-organised and capable of prioritising own work
- Flexible, honest and reliable
- Efficiency is a prerequisite for the role
