    Working pattern: Monday- Thursday from 08.00 to 16.30 and Friday from 08.00-15.30.

     

    Main duties and responsibilities

    • Administrative Support to the Department including data entry into software, document production, photocopying and general support
    • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meeting when required
    • Collecting, analysing and reporting on accident information and Audits and inspection programme results
    • Produce reports
    • Enter Data (e.g training records, inspections) into online systems
    • Scheduling external training
    • Maintaining various files for the department
    • Ensure that all paperwork is filed neat and tidy and in the appropriate location
    • Follow up on all incoming documentation and information to support effective close out of all open / outstanding works
    • Carry out general tasks in Word/Excel and power point as required
    • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meeting when required

     

    Qualifications and experience:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Understand safe working practices and health and safety legislation
    • Ability to work on his/her own
    • Well-organised and capable of prioritising own work
    • Flexible, honest and reliable
    • Efficiency is a prerequisite for the role
