We are looking for a GMP Cleaning Specialist to join Apleona in a manufactory environment in Dublin 15
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 08:30-17:00
Job Description:
To undertake the organisation and rotas of the daily cleaning of the building in line with Health & Safety Standards. The Team Lead will work within the team to ensure that the building is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Ensuring that all documentation and logbooks entries are completed as Good Documentation Practice
- Evaluate, harmonise, and standardise GMP compliance and cleaning practices across all Client sites.
- Engage and collaborate with client Quality Departments as required.
- Review existing GMP cleaning processes, documentation, and procedures, contributing to the implementation of standardised service models.
- Ensure all GMP cleaning activities meet legislative requirements, industry best practices, and company standards. .
- Handle complaints in line with your Manager.
- Maintain confidentiality on all matters relating to service users, ex-service users and general business
- Adhere to all company policies & procedures
- Attend training and meetings as required and appropriate
- Keep accurate records in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports as required.
- Facilitate and deliver training programs to ensure staff are fully competent in GMP standards and service requirements.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and sanitisation checks in line with contractual requirements, KPIs, and GMP expectations
- Drive innovation across GMP services by identifying market trends, new technologies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development and expansion of GMP service offerings, seeking opportunities for business growth
- To undertake other duties as requested by the Cleaning Team Lead/Manager
Requirements:
- Good work record and communications skills
- Excellent computer literacy essential for administrative purposes
- Experience working in Facilities Management/Lifescience environment.
- Strong GMP knowledge with proven experience in a similar role
- Strong reporting acumen with excellent attention to detail.
