    We are looking for a Junior Data Controller to join the Apleona Team 

     

    Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 08:00 – 16:30 Remote

     

    Main Duties and Responsibilities 

     

      

    Take ownership (with support) of the development, administration, and continuous improvement of the SharePoint platform as the primary account communication and document management tool.

    Use SharePoint to support team communication, information sharing, reporting access, and collaboration across internal teams and client stakeholders.

    Oversee the organisation and maintenance of the account’s SharePoint site, ensuring content is current, relevant, and accessible.

    Work with team members to promote consistent use of SharePoint as a collaboration and information-sharing too

    Assist in preparing high-quality documents and presentations for governance meetings, ensuring consistency and adherence to account standards.

    Support the collation and distribution of pre-meeting materials and post-meeting summaries.

    Support the management of the account’s governance and communication schedule

    Assist with data entry, validation, quality checks, and document control across multiple systems, ensuring information is accurate, compliant,and easy to retrieve.

    Support digital and reporting solutions, including Power BI and other Microsoft Power Platform tools, with training and mentoring provided.

    Collect, organise, and maintain operational, contractual,compliance, and training records, supporting performance monitoring and reporting.

    Provide administrative and data control support to the Key Account team, supporting day-to-day operations, strategy initiatives, and contract administration.

    Undertake general administrative duties using Microsoft Office tools and provide broader support to Facilities Management objectives,

    Occasional travel required Driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous
