    At Apleona , We are always on the lookout for dynamic & talented individuals to join our team .We currently have an opening for a Sales Lead Generator at our facility in Dublin 14

     

    Shift Pattern Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

     

    Main duties and responsibilities

    • Research and identify potential clients across target sectors (e.g., commercial, life sciences, business & industry, and public sector).
    • Use CRM tools, LinkedIn, industry databases, and outbound campaigns to generate leads.
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
    • Internal leads provided by team members across the business in IRL and FMI.
    • Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking events.
    • Develop tailored messaging to engage decision-makers and influencers.
    • Schedule meetings or demos for Business Development Managers
    • Monitor FM industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
    • Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
    • Produce weekly reports on lead generation activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health
    • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with lead generation efforts.
    • Support bid teams with early-stage intelligence and client background information

     

    Qualifications and experience

    • Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Knowledge of IRL FM market dynamics and procurement processes.
    • Experience with digital marketing tools and automation platforms
    • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, ideally within the FM or property services sector.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Ability to understand and articulate FM serv
    • ice offerings (hard/soft services, TFM, etc.).
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
    • Excellent research and analytical skills.
