Shift Pattern Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Main duties and responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across target sectors (e.g., commercial, life sciences, business & industry, and public sector).
- Use CRM tools, LinkedIn, industry databases, and outbound campaigns to generate leads.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
- Internal leads provided by team members across the business in IRL and FMI.
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Develop tailored messaging to engage decision-makers and influencers.
- Schedule meetings or demos for Business Development Managers
- Monitor FM industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Produce weekly reports on lead generation activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with lead generation efforts.
- Support bid teams with early-stage intelligence and client background information
Qualifications and experience
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Knowledge of IRL FM market dynamics and procurement processes.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and automation platforms
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, ideally within the FM or property services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to understand and articulate FM serv
- ice offerings (hard/soft services, TFM, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
