    At Apleona, we are always on the lookout for talented and dynamic individuals to join our team. We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to be based in Dublin 1

     

    Working pattern: Monday- Friday 07:45 - 17:15

     

    Responsibilities and duties:

    • To greet and welcome visitors, being prompt, polite, and helpful to them.
    • To answer the telephone and transfer, as appropriate, to the required department
    • Main point of contact for the site
    • Dealing with clients in a polite and friendly manner.
    • To take and deliver messages and post as necessary.
    • To ensure, following Fire Regulations, that all visitors sign in and out.
    • To keep the office tidy and ensure that important documents are not left lying about
    • General Administration duties, meeting room bookings
    • Ordering supplies and gift baskets as needed
    • Work closely with our entire team, who will introduce you to the operating system.
    • Be ready to undertake any other task or project assigned to you by the team.

     

    Requirements:

    • Good Microsoft Office skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • English fluency
    • Ability to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.
