Working pattern : Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30 Friday 08:00 - 15:30
Main duties and responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance our EHS programs, as well as those of our client, to ensure full compliance with Irish regulations and client policy requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessment and hazard analyses across various operational areas to identify potential EHS risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Implement robust contractor management process to ensure compliance with Company and Client requirements.
- Lead and deliver safety training sessions to employees, our client and our contractors to ensure awareness and adherence to EHS standards.
- Perform regular audits and inspections of our operations and those of our contractors to ensure compliance with EHS legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Review contractor documentation to ensure compliance with EHS requirements and standards.
- Maintain electronic systems to monitor EHS incidents, near misses, and accidents. Conduct thorough investigations and develop corrective and preventative action plans as necessary.
