Are you an experienced Key Account Lead within Facilities Management with a passion for building strategic client relationships and delivering operational excellence?
We're looking for a Facilities Key Account Lead to join our International Corporate Client team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across a prestigious client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service, commercial performance and continuous improvement.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll develop account strategies, identify growth opportunities and drive collaboration across multiple operational teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead financial management, including budgets, forecasting and contract performance.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation and business growth.
- Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and performance reporting.
- Ensure consistent, compliant and high-quality service delivery across the account.
- Drive collaboration across operational teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Champion Health & Safety, Quality, Compliance and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who has:
- Solid experience managing key accounts within an Integrated Facilities Management environment.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent commercial and financial management experience.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate and lead across multiple teams.
- Experience delivering strategic account growth and operational improvements.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
- A relevant degree or professional qualification within Facilities Management, Property or a related discipline is desirable.
- Valid UK Driving license with access to personal vehicle
