    Client Relationship Manager – Workspace/Interiors/Office Refurb

    Location – Leeds, LS27 0LL (South/Central UK)

    Hours – Monday – Friday, 08:30 to 17:00

    Apleona Workspace is a multi-disciplinary specialist in workplace management services, providing a robust end-to-end portfolio, including space strategy, interior design, move management and relocation services, interior fit out and refurbishment, and furniture management services.     The role of Client Relationship Manager will be to lead and manage all activities in relation to developing new accounts and winning new clients, in addition to maintaining and growing existing accounts. The role requires excellent communication skills and clear decision making with a good all round knowledge of all Workspace business activities. This critical, client facing role encompasses the delivery of key business objectives, account management and hands on daily commercial management of existing and new contracts, whilst driving new opportunities into the Workspace Division.

     

    This role will require travel to other client sites across the UK

     

     Essential Skills & Experience

     

    • Experienced sales professional working within a fast paced, commercial environment.
    • Experience of winning bids in a similar role.
    • Experience of developing and leveraging relationships in a commercial context.
    • Good knowledge of workspace interiors, office move management and furniture sector.
    • Ability to work in a team and with cross-functional business teams.
    • Ability to foster and retain good relationships with clients.
    • Excellent prospecting, networking, persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to set and deliver a sales plan strategically
    • Ability to demonstrate cost-modelling skills.
    • Ability to demonstrate commercial and financial acumen.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels in a wide range of organisations
    • Valid UK Driving Licence.

     

     Desirable

     

    • Ability to demonstrate Project management skills.
    • Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers and fostering a good relationship.
    • Understanding technical aspects of interior construction
    • Experience of workplace consultancy methods and techniques

     

     

    We’ll make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role. You will work 37.5 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
