    Bid Writer - Facilities Management

    Location: London, E14 9NN (Hybrid working)

    Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week



    If writing is your passion and putting ideas, innovations and the incredible onto a page is your idea of heaven then we need you! Our growth plans are ambitious and we are looking for an experienced bid writer who shares our drive.


    Your role will be to proactively support our teams in planning and delivering fantastic bid solutions across all of our Soft & TFM opportunities.


    You will develop strong relationships with the sales team, working closely to understand customer drivers, win themes and operational solutions. You will engage and work with appropriate stakeholders, including nominated operational support, subject matter experts and graphic design to produce high quality bids.


    This role is key to our success and the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate how they can build a winning bid and how they can shape our on-going success.


    To be successful in this role you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised.


    Skills & Experience:


    • Worked in a similar role for more than 2 years
    • An organised individual with ability to influence the sales process and work across multiple bids simultaneously
    • Proven ability to produce written documents that respond to customer brief
    • Developing a written bid showing a creative and entrepreneurial approach
    • Attention to detail, ability to follow process for a compliant bid
    • Ensuring the sales process is followed at all times.
    • Develop presentations to potential clients using your graphic design skills as well as utilising external graphic designers and printers.
    • Developing and maintaining a central library of bid information and support material;
    • Writing reports, responses and proposals with the support of the team and wider company support
    • Providing bid submission advice across a wide range of FM bidding activities.



    You will work Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, 08:30 – 17:00 however you will need to be flexible to meet the requirements of the role.
