    Space Planner (6 month FTC)

    Location – Sharnbrook, MK44 1LQ

    Hours – Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:45

    (This is a 6 month fixed term contract)

    We are currently seeking a Space Planner who will be required to communicate effectively with key stakeholders in order to manage space and infrastructure to optimise the usage. You will be required to work with the customer to help define and plan their requirements plus play an active role in the delivery of the solutions agreed.


    As part of this role, you will:


    • Manage and organise projects and prioritise workload to achieve results.
    • Responsible for operational and the accuracy of the space planning.
    • Work with Facility Team and external contractors on projects that require additional space.
    • Plan, coordinate and allocate office/laboratory/meeting room space for all locations of the company.
    • Work with customer to develop long- range plans to meet further office/laboratory/meeting room space needs.
    • Serves as a liaison between customers, facilities team and management through clear communication.
    • Recommends and ensures compliance with approved standards and policies relating to office space and furnishings.
    • Strategic Planning required by changing business demands, tackle any problems
    • Be involved in furniture moves.

     Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Knowledge of office planning.
    • Experience of Project Management.
    • Knowledge of current AV technology.
    • Experience of using CAD.
    • Ability to use computers to intermediate level.


    We’ll make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role. You will work 37.5 hours per week, but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
