    Real Estate Property Manager, UK

    Location –(RG1) Nationwide with the flexibility of base location and hybrid working

    Hours – Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

    Partnering with a renowned and distinguished global technology company, we are looking to recruit a UK Real Estate Property Manager to support our customer's Global Real Estate portfolio of offices across the UK.

    This role as UK Property Manager will require a proactive focus on stakeholder engagement to develop customer requirements to facilitate communication with the FM operational and project management teams together with the clients Global Real Estate team and other senior business leaders.

    Customer-facing with appropriate delegated authority, you will take ownership, lead and self-govern resolution and delivery of our client stakeholder requirements.

     

    A role that you can shape and evolve, your responsibilities will be varied and will include, but not be limited to:

    • Actively support overall service delivery Property Management and Space Planning team for Apleona and the client.
    • Proactively maintain an understanding of the client’s business direction as it relates to Property requirements and be responsible for internal customer relationship management and contact partner for real estate related topics.
    • Responsible for supporting the development of business controls and revision of business control processes to enable self-governance.
    • To positively guide and influence the appointed FM provider to provide a safe and suitable working environment for staff, customers, and contractors.
    • Conduct strategic end-user liaison and where necessary communicate to key Stakeholders such as Location manager(s), Line of Business Representatives and FM operations teams to maintain a working knowledge of business pressures.
    • Complete site inspections and Image Reviews to ensure buildings are safely operated.
    • Engagement with senior client executives in property-related matters and acts as a troubleshooter to resolve issues or complaints.
    • Facilitate and support “High Image” project work or sensitive space reductions/location closures and relocations, including liaison with key stakeholders in the preparation of Statements of Requirement.
    • Work in close co-operation with the Project team on the overall delivery of projects including space solutions and user funded improvement requests to business groups respectively.

     

     

    The role will be 5 days a week based on a hybrid working model with opportunities for home working but will also require travel to customer locations across the UK including Hampshire and central London. The role will be offered on a full-time permanent basis to a candidate wishing to build on their previous experience and further develop their career.

     

    Our ideal candidate will need to:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practice experience.
    • Have excellent written and communication skills with the ability to speak and write in English fluently.
    • Demonstrable corporate customer stakeholder engagement, Change management
    • Experience of the similar role
    • Experience working for an international FM provider and/or Commercial Office environment.
