    Customer Support Operative

    Location – Motherwell, ML1 1RU

    Hours – Monday – Friday, 08:-00 to 17:00

    In this role you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients.

    As an Apleona Customer Support Operative, you will work within a team support desk environment and conduct a number of tasks to ensure the service delivery to the business is smooth and efficient.

    As part of this role, you will:

    • Answer telephone calls handling from both internal / external customers, contractors, suppliers and other Apleona sections.
    • Recording Work Requests and updates on the company/client CAFM system.
    • Liaising with customers, contractors and suppliers as necessary to plan in work schedules, and request or provide customer feedback and chase up works.
    • Efficient co-ordination of the mobile engineering workforce to maximise productivity and efficiency.
    • Scheduling and distribution of asset management tasks to internal resources and third party suppliers and raise and issue purchase orders.

    Our Ideal candidate will need to have:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service including call taking.
    • Ability to use computers to intermediate level for word, excel and outlook.
    • Experience of FM asset management systems and scheduling.
    • Experience of using Navision would be desirable.
    • Knowledge of Purchase Ordering systems.

    We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You may already have experience of working within a FM Support desk environment
