    Apleona Ireland is looking for new colleagues to join the team in the role of Associate Director for Technical services across the business!

    Working Pattern: Monday to Friday office hours 9-5 PM

    Location: Dublin and hybrid availability

     

    Main duties and responsibilities

    • Lead the operational delivery of a portfolio of Facilities Management contracts.
    • Act as the senior client relationship manager, building trusted partnerships and driving client retention.
    • Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs and compliance obligations are consistently achieved.
    • Drive commercial performance, profitability and sustainable growth across the portfolio.
    • Lead, coach and develop Account Managers and operational teams to achieve high performance.
    • Champion a culture of safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure robust governance through operational reviews, reporting, audits and risk management.
    • Work collaboratively across Operations, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, HSEQ, HR and IT to deliver integrated client solutions.
    • Support business development through client engagement, contract retention and identification of growth opportunities.
    • Promote innovation, digital transformation and best practice across all contracts.
    • Represent Apleona professionally with clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders at all times

     

    Qualifications and experience

    • A recognised M&E technical qualification or completed trade apprenticeship is an essential requirement
    • Minimum of five years’ experience working in Facilities Management environment 2 of which must be in management/leadership
    • Proven track record in leading multi-site operations
    • Member of a relevant professional organisation
    • Financial and budgetary experience above a value of €1 million
    • Man management experience 
    • A Knowledge of Sales & Margins processes
    • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
    • Financial acumen with demonstrated competence in managing budgets.
    • A strong leader with a skill for engaging others.
    • Excellent PC literacy skills required.
