Position Title: Catering Supervisor
Location: Client Site
Overall Purpose of the Job
This Catering supervisor is to join a character company with the ambition to grow, a fresh food

The right Catering supervisor will have learning strengths in team leadership, development,
and motivation.
- You will need to understand and know-how to operationally take ownership of every aspect
of the operation under the catering manager.
- You must be passionate about fresh food, great service, and standards, and be results focused.

- Proven people & management skills
- To learn experience in large volume operation
- Passionate about fantastic food and seamless execution
- Someone who has the passion and skill in implementing new ideas
- Good organizer and time management skills, administration back office
- The ability to learn, progress, and understand a team to maximize their potential
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player & able to get on with others
- Ability to communicate clearly face to face with clients & colleagues
- Passionate committed, and honest individual who is a motivated self-starter with excellent
people skills and always works to very high standards
- This is a development role within foodspace to learn and progress to the next level
