Overall Purpose of the Role
The Mobile Front of House Facilities Coordinator will deliver a range of workplace services across a number of our key client sites.
Main Duties
- Perform front of house duties on multiple sites.
- Ensure soft services are carried out on site as per client agreements.
- Maintain Health & Safety records.
- Complete key administration tasks on site.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Person Specification
- Administration and Coordinator experience.
- Customer service and delivery focused.
- Strong English language skills.
- Front of house experience desirable.
- Right to work in Ireland on a full-time basis.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
