Overall Purpose of the Job
An enthusiastic and efficient Team Lead is required to work for our client. The role is to lead the day-to-day
operation of security services across the contract and to ensure a high quality of service is delivered at all
times.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of security including the development
of the team.
- Sustain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that a quality service is being delivered at
all times.
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for all related services to the client while ensuring the delivery
of excellent customer service.
- Arrange/carry out the induction and ‘on the job’ training of the security staff in accordance with
relevant client & Apleona company practices.
- Dealing with the daily/monthly maintenance checks/facilities.
- Access Control including logging vehicle registration numbers, scanning/conducting searches,
reviewing documentation presented by 3rd parties on site, checking tagging systems,
issue/retrieval of temporary ID cards.
- Patrols of premises.
- Daily and other reporting in line with procedure and any additional duties as requested by the
Contract Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must hold valid PSA Licence.
- Must have at least five years relevant experience.
- Administration and clerical skills.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Full Clean driving licence.

Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30
