    Overall Purpose of the Job

    Apleona are seeking a full-time Facilities Assistant (FA) based on client premises in Dublin 2, to facilitate the smooth running of the building. The FA would be reporting to Facilities Manager in relation to facilities operations.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Contractor and service provider visits. 
    2. Security Systems and Access Control. 
    3. Building Management System (BMS) and Plant. 
    4. Facilities General Support Service. 
    5. Mail and post room services and deliveries. 
    6. Health & Safety / Fire Officer (Cover for FC) 
    7. Reception cover service. 
    8. Document Filing/Management related to facilities services. 
    9. Waste and recycling operations. 
    10. Water use monitoring 
    11. Stock management. 
    12. Ad-hoc equipment operational support. 

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Previous experience in a similar role within facilities management or related fields is highly desirable.
    • Experience with security systems and access control procedures.
    • Experience in reception duties and administration services.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, service providers, and internal staff.
    • Problem-solving abilities to address facilities-related issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic work environment.
    • Hands-on experience, technical skills, and a proactive attitude towards managing facilities and providing excellent support services to ensure the smooth operation of the client's premises.

    Working Pattern:

    Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
