Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Location – Mobile, Northwest Region
Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 17:00pm
1 Role covering Manchester, Liverpool & Preston
1 Role covering Leeds, Bradford & Sheffield

We’re currently looking to recruit a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, who will support the manager with budgets, reporting, staff rotas and recruitment to maximise the use of internal staff. You will also provide the focal point for the client for compliance, audit, health & safety, and cleaning schedules, and be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team, and our client.
In this role you’ll be responsible for supervising site operatives while overseeing the cleanliness of our clients’ premises to the highest levels. You will ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are followed as per company policies and procedures which will include accident reporting / investigation, delivery of toolbox talks, maintenance of statutory and non-statutory records.
As an Apleona Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, we’re looking for:
- Full, Clean Driving Licence
- Previous experience of working within the cleaning industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- People management ability
- Computer literate
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc.
