    Main duties and responsibilities:

    • Manage the help desk using the Maximo.
    • Provide Maximo support to the data entry team
    • Running applicable reports in Maximo and pulling documents together for meetings and audits.
    • Maintain, scan, and upload documents into the share point or other data repositories
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory GMP, Safety, and Environmental requirements
    • Sharepoint management
    • Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
    • Appropriately escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
    • Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources
    • Update customer data and produce activity reports
    • Walk customers through the problem-solving process
    • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
    • Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations
    • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
    • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
    • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services

    The ideal candidate:

    • Proven working experience in providing Help Desk support
    • Proficiency in English
    • Working knowledge of help desk software, databases
    • Strong client-facing and communication skills
    • Advanced troubleshooting, well organized, and multi-tasking skills
    • Customer service orientation

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • 2+ years’ experience in a process plant or other industry in maintenance or operations support role
    • Experience in CMMS (Maximo) Administrator (optional)
    • Self-motivated with high attention to detail
    • Safety and Quality Awarenes

    Working Pattern

    8:30 am to 5 pm.
