    Overall Job Purpose 

    To provide administrative services for client campus. To support Associate Manager and Facilities Team Based in Dublin in a new state of the art campus, the role requires great attention to detail, as you will manage the clients centralized ticketing system for Office Services, acting as a knowledge base for employees and Workplace Services teams across the campus. This position requires a passion for customer care, a very high level of service orientation, knowledge of Office Services as well as team player capabilities. Great coordination, time-management and problem-solving skills are a basic prerequisite for this role.

    Key Accountabilities

    ● Checking virtual Tools (REWS Ticketing & Slack Channels)
    ● Send first response to all employee requests and allocate to
    local accountable queue (events, catering, mail, facility -
    email (SLACK?) notification to team in queue)
    ● Admin Tasks - as required and on monthly routine
    ● Assisting with the wider WPS when required, for example
    event set up’s, assisting with meeting requests.

    Tools/Expertise - preferable experience

    ● Google applications
    ● REWS Ticketing Tool
    ● Slack
    ● Traction
    ● Purchaseforce - Coupa/Budgetforce
    ● Taskforce/specialist group experience
    ● Relationships across Region and/or with EMEA stakeholder.

    Working Pattern

    Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
