    Overall Purpose of the Job

    We are looking to speak with motivated people who are interested in working with a sustainable, ethical sourced and planet-focused Catering Company and prepared to offer great food for a busy industrial catering operation.

    The ideal candidate will have a good level of English, a willingness to follow good food practices & show an ability to manage a small but effective kitchen team to a high standard in support of Head Chef.

    Further Site Specific Training will be given to any successful candidate.

    Some shift Flexibility will be considered with the right candidate

    Main duties and responsibilities

    • Food Preparation & Service to a high standard
    • Supervise appropriate cleaning
    • Managing & leading a team 
    • Delivering on HSEQ & Revenue KPI’s
    • Supporting Head Chef
    • Ability to Work Evening & Weekends

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Experience in a similar role desirable

    Working Pattern

    Mon to Sun - 39 hours per week
