Overall Job Purpose
We’re looking for a hands-on, organised, and proactive Facilities Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operations across multiple contracts. You’ll work closely with a contracts manager and team to ensure smooth delivery of Hard & Soft FM services, staff coordination, compliance, and reporting.
What You’ll Do

Coordinate and track PPM and reactive work orders

Support on-site staff and ensure service quality

Manage subcontractors, verify works and invoices

Maintain high cleaning standards and stock levels

Ensure health and safety compliance
-
Oversee asset register, utilities tracking, and site inspections

Handle staff scheduling, attendance, leave and training

Deliver clear reports and escalate issues as needed
What We’re Looking For
-
Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
-
Experience in FM (both Hard and Soft services)

People management and KPI reporting experience

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Qualification in FM, business, or related field (preferred)
Working Pattern
Monday to Thursday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, from 8 AM to 3:30 PM.
