At Apleona, we are always on the lookout for dynamic and talented individuals to join our team, and we are currently recruiting for Cleaning Operatives to join our team in Limerick City
Working pattern: Monday to Sunday, various shifts, 40 hours per week.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Undertake general cleaning of all areas of the building, including offices, floors, corridors, stairwells, and toilets.
- Vacuuming, dusting, and washing floors and walls
- Sweeping, floor polishing, and waste disposal
- Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Ensuring the toilet facilities are kept clean, and supplies are replenished when required
- Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers, and elevators
- General housekeeping and cleaning around the building.
- Inform the Supervisor/Manager of the stock required for replenishing purposes
- Undertake any other duties as requested
Qualifications and Experience
- A can-do attitude
- Experience in a similar role
- Good working knowledge of English
- Knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices
- Knowledge of how to use the equipment necessary to carry out the assigned tasks.
- Flexibility required - nights / weekends
